A lovely Belgian made sporting gun with 2 sets of over and under blued steel barrels in 12 and 20 gauges. Both barrels built with ejectors, ventilted matte ribs with white front and mid sight beads. The 12 gauge barrels are 28" with 2-3/4" chambers. Chokes are Briley Interchangeable Multi-Chokes (5). The 20 gauge barrels are 28" with 3" chambers. Chokes are factory marked "**$ / **$" - Skeet. The 12 gauge barrels are roll marked "SPECIAL STEEL - 12GA. - SHELLS 2-3/4"" over "PATENTS No 2203378 - 2233861" on top right barrel. Left side is roll marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST LOUIS, Mo & MONTREAL P.Q." over "MADE IN BELGIUM". The 20 gauge barrels are roll marked "BROWNING SUPERPOSED" over "SPECIAL STEEL 20GA. SHELLS_3"" on top right barrel. Left side is roll marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q." over "MADE IN BELGIUM". All barrels are nicely ordained with engraved floral scrolls near the breach. Engraving by Leroy. The receiver features exceptional full covereage floral and scroll engraving surrounding gold inlaid game bird scenes of 3 ducks in flight in a marsh scene on the right, 3 pheasants in flight in a field scene on the left and a single grouse on the underside. The scenes are also bordered in gold wire. Signed "LEROY" on the lower left side of the action body. Gold inlaid "C" on trigger guard bow. The action is fit with a gold washed single selective inertia trigger and a non-automatic safety. The reddish-brown feather crotch deluxe quality walnut pistol grip stock has fancy bordered scroll checkering and a short trigger guard tang. Beavertail style fore-ends are fit with matching blued engraved iron metal with gold pins, 14-1/4" LOP to a 3/4" leather covered recoil pad, Cast Off 1/8" at face, 7 Lbs - 7 Oz. with 12 gauge barrels and 7 Lbs - 8 Oz with 20 gauge barrels. Gun comes with traditional Browning naugahyde vinyl travel case.
