An English made 12 gauge shotgun with 28” sleeved nitro proved barrels that are fit with ejectors, 2-1/2” chambers, tapered, smooth concave game rib and brass front bead. Chokes are Light Modified and Modified. The Coin finished boxlock action is adorned with English Arabesque scroll engraving with "E.J. CHURCHILL" in a banner on both sides of the action body. Underside of action body is blacked and engraved with scrolls and "HERCULES" over "MODEL" over "FINEST QUALITY." Gold inlaid "3" on top lever, rib near breech and forend tip. The action body is fit with double triggers protected by blacked and engraved trigger guard which extends to a full length tang that is engraved with scrolls and the gun's serial number, top lever is blacked, engraved and the left side of the thumb piece is checkered, "SAFE" is in gold ahead of the automatic blacked, checkered and engraved safety slide. Best quality walnut stock with straight hand grip, drop points and a vacant stock oval. Splinter fore-end with matching checkering and Anson type push button release, 14-3/4" LOP to a checkered butt, 6 Lbs. 9 Oz. Gun lives in a single leather case.
