A round body 28 gauge game gun with 30" barrels that are fit with ejectors, 2-3/4" chambers, choked Modified & Improved Modified, a tapered matted concave game rib and a brass bead front sight. Top of the left barrel is marked "KRIEGHOFF Made in Germany". The action body and lockplates are adorned with fine English Arabesque scroll engraving with a vibrant case color hardened finish. The bottom of the action body is engraved "Essencia" in gold script. The sidelock action is fit with a concealed third fastener, disc-set strikers, gold-plated cocking indicators, non-automatic checkered safety slide and gold washed double triggers with the front articulated that is protected by a blued and engraved double sided rolled edge trigger guard. Highly figured deluxe Turkish walnut stock with straight hand grip, spliinter forend with Anson style push button release. 14-3/4" LOP to a checkered butt. 5 Lbs 12 Oz. The shotgun is presented in the makers leather trunk case with canvas cover.
