English made sidelock ejector 12 gauge game gun with 30" blacked round nitro proved chopper-lump barrels that are fit with ejectors, a tapered matte concave game rib and a steel bead front sight. Proved for 2-3/4" cartridges and choked modified & improved modified. The right barrel is roll marked: 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND' while the left barrel is roll marked: '98. NEW BOND STREET, LONDON.' The coin finished action body and lockplates are engraved in traditional Holland & Holland 'Royal Scroll'. Both lockplates are engraved "HOLLAND & HOLLAND" in arched banners and 'ROYAL MODEL' on bottom of the action body. Gold-inlaid number "3" upon the top lever, rib near breech and fore-end escutcheon tip. The action is fit with Holland & Holland's patent assisted opening mechanism, hidden third bite (treble grip), gold lined cocking indicators, a blacked engraved top lever with the left side of the thumbpiece checkered and an automatic safety with gold-inlaid "SAFE" ahead of the checkered and engraved safety slide. The double triggers (front articulated) are protected by a blacked, engraved, right side rolled trigger guard ending in a long bottom strap with the gun's serial number. Deluxe quality straight hand grip walnut stock with drop points, vacant stock oval and a splinter fore-end with Anson type push button release. 14-3/4" LOP to a checkered butt, 6 Lbs. - 13 Oz.
