The 28” blued Titanic steel barrels have 2-3/4" chambers, a tapered machined concave game rib with extension, bead front sight and are choked improved modified & full. The rib is roll marked 'PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. TITANIC STEEL.'. Built on Parker's No. 1 size frame. The trace case color hardened action is adorned with game scene vignettes of dogs and birds with surrounding scrolls with 'PARKER BROS' in a banner on both sides of the action body. Bottom of the action body with 4 mallards in a game scene vignette with surrounding scrolls. The gun features an automatic safety with "SAFE" engraved on the top strap ahead of the checkered safety slide, engraved top lever with the left side of the thumbpiece checkered, double triggers protected by an engraved trigger guard extending to an engraved bottom strap with serial number. Best quality Circassian walnut stock with pistol grip, hard rubber Parker Brothers grip cap, checkered stock panels with spear pointed drop points and vacant stock oval. The stock's LOP is 14" to a steel skeleton buttplate, splinter fore-end with Deeley style lever release, 7 Lbs.
