Matched pair of sidelock ejector 20-gauge game guns with 28" blacked round nitro proved chopper lump barrels that are fitted with ejectors, tapered file-cut, flat-top ribs, and steel bead front sights. Proved for 3" cartridges. The number one gun is choked improved cylinder and modified while the number two gun is choked skeet and modified. The right barrels are marked "HOLLAND & HOLLAND" while the left barrels are marked "13 BRUTON STREET. LONDON." The case color hardened finished action bodies and lockplates are adorned with Holland's Royal Scroll engraving. The lockplates are engraved "HOLLAND & HOLLAND" in banner. The bottom of the action bodies are engraved "ROYAL MODEL' and "HOLLAND SINGLE TRIGGER". "MADE IN ENGLAND" on the left side hinge-pin cover. Gold-Inlaid "1" and "2" on the top levers, fore-end escutcheons, and the barrel ribs near breeches. The pair are built with Holland's assisted opening system. The actions are fitted with hand detachable locks, blacked engraved top levers with the left side of the thumbpiece checkered, gold-inlaid "SAFE" ahead of the checkered and engraved safety slide. The single triggers are protected by a blacked engraved and right rolled edge trigger guards ending in a bottom strap with serial numbers. Deluxe quality European walnut stocks with half pistol hand grip, drop points, point pattern checkering with borders, vacant stock ovals and splinter fore-ends with matching checkering, Anson type push button releases with engraved escutcheons and center diamonds. 15" LOP to a checkered butt. The shotguns reside in the maker's double motor case.
