Matched pair of sidelock ejector 20-gauge game guns with 26-inch blued round nitro-proved chopper lump barrels that are fit with ejectors, narrow tapered solid Churchill ribs and bead front sights. Proved for 2-3/4-inch cartridges and choked improved cylinder & modified. Tops of the left barrels are engraved "FCA.DE ARRIETTA Y CO - ELGOIBAR". Ribs near the breeches are gold-inlaid "1" and "2" respectively. The case-color hardened finish action bodies are adorned with foliate scroll pattern engraving. The bottom of the action bodies are engraved "ARRIETTA Y CO" in banners. Engraved on the top tangs is "S" ahead of the engraved and checkered slide safeties. Gold-inlaid "1" & "2" respectively on the top levers, fore-end escutcheons, and the barrel ribs near breeches. The sidelock actions with gold washed locks are fitted with Purdey style hidden third fastener (treble grip), hand detachable locks, gas escapes, gold washed disc set strikers, gold washed raised rib cocking indicators, gold washed pins, black and engraved top levers with the left sides checkered and automatic safeties. The double triggers (front articulated) tare protected by blued and engraved right edge rolled trigger guards ending in long bottom straps. Reddish-brown best quality walnut stocks with straight hand grips, fine point pattern checkering with borders and drop points. Splinter fore-ends with matching checkering, Anson type push button releases with engraved escutcheons and center diamonds. 14-3/8 Inch LOP's over 3/4" Pachmayr White Line ventilated rubber recoil pads. The shotguns reside in a double leather trunk case.
