An Italian built 12-gauge sporting over & under shotgun fit with 29-1/2 Inch smooth blued Boehler Antinit steel mono-bloc barrels that are nicely fitted with ejectors, interchangeable multi-chokes and has a ventilated tapered file cross cut top rib with a white Bradley style front sight and steel middle bead and ventilated side ribs. The right side of the top barrel is marked in script "P. Beretta" "- ITALY", "SPORTING" // "12 GA. 2 3/4" - 30" " while the right side of the top barrel is roll marked "WARNING - READ INSTRUCTION BOOK FOR SAFE OPERATION. FREE FROM BERETTA USA CORP. ACKK. MD" The coin finished action body is adorned with gold-inlaid "PB" Inside an oval surrounded by a crest on both sides of the action body, Bottom has a gold-Inlaid "P. Berretta in script over "gold-inlaid "ASE 90" and gold-Inlaid Beretta trident logo, The top of the action is stippled. The boxlock action is fitted with a cross-bolt fastener, an adjustable for finger position removeable single selective inertia trigger group that is protected by a double rolled edge trigger guard with gold-inlaid "SPORTING" on bow and a non-automatic safety with "S" engraved ahead of the checkered slide safety incorporating the barrel selector. The serial number is marked on the top strap. The top levers thumbpiece is checkered on both sides. The gun is fit with a nicely figured reddish-brown best quality Turkish walnut stock with pistol hand grip and right-side palm swell. Schnabel fore-end with Deeley style blued lever release. Interior metal of fore-end jeweled with serial number. Cast Off 1/8" at face with a 14-5/8" LOP to a 1/2" reddish-orange rubber recoil pad, 8 Lbs. - 4 Oz. The gun is presented in the makers blue ABS travel case where a spare trigger group resides.
